How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from Pro by Budgetocity, please send an email to pro@budgetocity.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The name of the business or organization you are associated with (if applicable)
What Data Is Deleted
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your user profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Authentication credentials and passkeys
- Push notification device registrations
- Portal notifications
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes, including:
- Transaction and invoice records (required for financial and tax reporting)
- Work order and service records (retained as part of the business's operational history)
- Data required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
Retained data will continue to be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
