We also collect limited technical information automatically through analytics tools (see Section 4).

• Send you project updates, invoices, and service-related communications.
• Send email responses and, if you separately opt in, SMS messages about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, and service updates.

• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS opt-in data is never shared. The mobile phone number you provide and your SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your text-messaging opt-in or consent data with any third party for any purpose, except subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the messages you request (for example, our SMS provider, Twilio).

SMS messages may be sent manually by our team or automatically through our service providers. We only send text messages where you have separately consented or where we are otherwise permitted by law.

4. Analytics & Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site. This may include:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page.
• Referral source (how you found our site).
• General geographic region (city/country level — not precise location).
• Device type and browser.

Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit our site. We use it to measure website traffic and engagement, not for advertising, remarketing, or profiling across unrelated third-party websites.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not use cookies for advertising, remarketing, or tracking across third-party websites.

5. Website Chat Assistant

If our website offers a chat assistant, it is an AI assistant, and this is how chats with it are handled:

• Chats are saved and processed by third-party AI providers to answer your questions and pass your request to us.
• If you share your contact information in a chat, the chat is kept with your customer record.
• Chats that end without contact information are deleted after 90 days.
• We review chats to improve the assistant. Our AI providers do not use them to train their models.
• We text a phone number you give in a chat only if you tick the separate SMS consent box when you send your request.

6. Data Retention

We retain form submissions, email correspondence, SMS consent records, and related business communications for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, which currently use Google's default retention period of 14 months for certain event-level data. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal or operational reasons we may need to retain certain records.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Contact form submissions are transmitted to a secured API endpoint. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may integrate with the following third-party platforms:

• Google Analytics — website analytics (see Section 4).
• Twilio — SMS delivery and messaging support when you choose to receive text messages from us.
• Stripe / Square — payment processing for clients who engage our payment system services. We do not store card data ourselves.
• AWS (Amazon Web Services) — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — artificial intelligence services we use to help detect spam, organize the requests we receive, and run our website chat assistant (see Section 5). The information you submit in a form or a chat may be processed by Anthropic and OpenAI on our behalf for those purposes.

Each third party has its own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review them.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of analytics tracking (see Section 4).
• Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any text message we send.

California residents may also have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain, and the right to request deletion or correction of certain personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
