How do customers sign up for a plan?
You offer the plan, the customer agrees to autopay and their consent is recorded, and Pro charges their card on schedule. They can update their card and see their history in your branded portal.
What happens when a card fails?
You and the customer are both notified, and the customer can update their card in the portal without calling you.
Can I offer bank payments to keep fees down?
Yes. Customers can pay by bank transfer (ACH), which keeps fees low on larger payments.
Do you work with businesses outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
